For some people, shopping can be overwhelming and frustrating. With the advent of online shopping the options seem endless, and it’s easy to feel confused about the best looks for your lifestyle. A personal stylist can demystify fashion by translating looks to real life. Let Ministry of Style help you with some or all of the following:

I start by looking at the clothes, shoes and accessories you already have to see what can be reimagined, sold, reworked or packed away, then photograph the outfits we put together. We’ll discuss the looks you like and I’ll show you how to create different, stylish outfits from what you already own. After the wardrobe edit it’s time to hit the stores and fill in the blanks of your closet. Finally I put together a digital Look Book of the fabulous new styles and looks we’ve created, always on hand when you need it (this takes about a week to put together).
This at-home consultation includes personal styling tips, a closet audit, wardrobe planning and outfit creation. I’ll look at your existing clothes, shoes and accessories to see what can be reimagined, sold, reworked or packed away — perfect if you’re after styles already in your wardrobe. I’ll show you how to create different outfits from what you already own, with suggestions on styles, colours and shapes, and where to buy key pieces to fill the gaps. You’ll end up with photos of your new outfits for your own personal digital Look Book.

Through emails, photos and phone or video calls, we put together your very own magazine-style look book as a print-ready PDF, directing you to local or online stores for the best new pieces, with plenty of tips on creating stunning new outfits from your own wardrobe. Men, women, non-binary, any age or stage, high or lower budgets. You do not need a huge budget — we can shop sales, second-hand or other new stores that best suit you.
We have an hourly rate for shopping only, and package deals for more in-depth wardrobe analysis. We’re happy to do any option hourly, or mix and match to suit you.
It varies — a typical shopping session takes 1–3 hours, a Wardrobe Edit 2–3 hours, and a full Style Makeover 5–6 hours, which can be split over two days if necessary.

If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, please email me and let me know the details of the recipient — I can send you or them a printable gift certificate via email. The gift recipient can then contact me to book their session time. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the day of purchase.
